1. License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal organizational use.

• Permitted Uses:
  • Internal deployment of toolkits and frameworks
  • Customization of editable materials for organizational needs
  • Conducting internal simulations and training sessions
• Prohibited Uses:
  • Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of any content
  • Public sharing or posting of materials
  • Removal or alteration of branding or copyright notices
  • Creation of derivative commercial products

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By accessing our products or services, you agree to the following:

• License Type: Single-organization, multi-user, non-commercial
• Ownership: All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Manuel W. Lloyd®
• Scope: Use is limited to internal audits, simulations, training, and security strategy
• Limitations: No resale, public posting, or white-labeling permitted
• Enforcement: Unauthorized use will be pursued under applicable laws

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and nature of our digital products:

All sales are final upon download.
