    Applies to all digital products, downloads, and services offered by Manuel W. Lloyd®, including but not limited to:
    Zero Compromise™, SecureTrain™, InterOpsis™, and any associated toolkits, frameworks, or simulations.

    1. 📥 Digital Product Usage Rights

    All purchases include a non-transferable, internal-use-only license for the purchasing organization or individual.

    You may:

    • Use the toolkits, templates, and simulations internally within your organization

    • Customize editable materials (Word, Excel, Slides) for your operations

    • Conduct simulations, audits, or executive briefings using the provided frameworks

    You may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any portion of the content

    • Share, publish, or post any part of the products online

    • Remove or alter any branding, disclaimers, or copyright statements

    • Use the materials to create derivative commercial products

    2. 📄 End User License Agreement (EULA)

    By purchasing and downloading any product from Manuel W. Lloyd®, you agree to the following license terms:

    • License Type: Single-organization, multi-user, non-commercial

    • Ownership: All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Manuel W. Lloyd®

    • Scope: License grants rights to use materials for audits, simulations, training, and internal security strategy only

    • Limitations: No resale, public posting, or white-labeling permitted

    • Enforcement: Any misuse or unauthorized distribution will be pursued with full legal remedies under U.S. and international IP law

    3. 🚫 Refund Policy

    Because our products are delivered as immediate digital downloads, and include editable, high-value assets:

    All sales are final once the files are downloaded.

    No refunds will be issued after any download event, in whole or in part. Please reach out with questions before purchasing.

    Any unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
