This policy applies to all scheduled InterOpsis™ engagements, including:
SecureTrain™ simulations (all formats and tiers)
Doctrinal Briefings (complimentary and paid)
Strategic Deployment or Sovereign Engagement events
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests received 14 or more days prior to the event will be accommodated at no additional charge.
Requests received 7–13 days prior are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.
Requests received within 7 days of the event are considered cancellations (see Section 3).
3. Cancellation Fees
30+ days prior: Full refund (if prepaid) minus a 5% processing fee.
14–29 days prior: 50% of total fee is non-refundable.
7–13 days prior: 75% of total fee is non-refundable.
Less than 7 days prior or no-show: 100% non-refundable.
4. Force Majeure
Cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, declared emergencies, military or governmental restrictions) will be eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost.
5. Intellectual Property Notice
All materials distributed in advance of an event remain the sole property of Manuel W. Lloyd® and InterOpsis™. Cancellation does not transfer any license or usage rights.
6. Acknowledgment
By booking an InterOpsis™ event, the participant acknowledges acceptance of this policy.
